Charger Included: 12V 3A LiFePo4 charger Included. Dakota Lithium 12V batteries should be charged at 14.4 volts. Lead acid chargers will work, but will only charge the battery to 80% of capacity.
Capacity: 10 Amp Hours (Ah) will recharge an Iphone 11+ times, a laptop 2.7+ times, or run a fish finder for 50+ hours.
Solar Panel Add On: One 20W solar panel will fully charge your powerbox in 7-9 hours. Two panels will charge it in 3-5 hours.

We do not ship internationally nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
All orders must have a valid street address. Delivery to remote areas may incur additional costs up to $50-$200. Some remote locations deliveries may not be possible and alternative arrangements will need to be made which may incur additional charges.
It takes 1 to 2 days to process your order once it is received.
After your order leaves the warehouse, it typically takes 5 to 7 days to receive your product.
Dakota Lithium offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied and would like to return your purchase. There is a 5% restocking fee and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact sales@solarsunscape to receive a RMA authorization prior to returning it.
How to ship a product back:
For all returns, DOT and FAA regulations require that lithium batteries ship via sturdy, specially-marked boxes with static-free wrapping. All battery returns must be shipped in UN-spec boxes and packaged according to federal regulations. Packaging is available from your local UPS Store or Fedex/Kinkos store.

Dakota Lithium stands behind the quality of their products:
11 year manufacturer defect warranty on all batteries. If a mistake was made in building your battery they will repair or replace it.
1 year warranty on chargers, powerbox case, and accessories.
