We do not ship internationally nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
All orders must have a valid street address. Delivery to remote areas may incur additional costs up to $50-$200. Some remote locations deliveries may not be possible and alternative arrangements will need to be made which may incur additional charges.
It takes 1 to 2 days to process your order once it is received.
After your order leaves the warehouse, it typically takes 5 to 7 days to receive your product.
Dakota Lithium offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied and would like to return your purchase. There is a 5% restocking fee and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact sales@solarsunscape to receive a RMA authorization prior to returning it.
How to ship a product back:
For all returns, DOT and FAA regulations require that lithium batteries ship via sturdy, specially-marked boxes with static-free wrapping. All battery returns must be shipped in UN-spec boxes and packaged according to federal regulations. Packaging is available from your local UPS Store or Fedex/Kinkos store.
