Refund policy

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@solarsunscape.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Wrong Product:

If your product arrives and it is not the correct product, email us at sales@solarsunscape.com and we will authorize having the incorrect product returned and the correct one shipped out to you.

Exchanges: 

We do not accept product exchanges once a product has been shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Check the individual product pages to verify if the product qualifies to be returned- some brands will not accept returns for buyers remorse. In the event the product qualifies to  be returned for buyers remorse, please contact us at sales@solarsunscape to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization number. Refunds will only be issued to the original card or payment method that you use when originally placing your order. We offer a 30 day return window. Products must be returned within 30 days and refunds will be issued within 14 days.
