Shipping Policy
We provide Free Shipping for most products to the continental 48 United States only. Free shipping is designated on the individual product pages.
Panels larger than 200 watts must be shipped by freight and do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that return orders by freight will have a $500 charge for delivery and return transportation ($250 each way).
Other freight delivery charges are listed below:
*Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50-$280
*Delivery to limited access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional cost starting at $50
*Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75-$300).
International shipping, as well as shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, is NOT available.
Orders are typically processed and shipped from the warehouse within 1-3 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After leaving the warehouse, the expected delivery time is 3-5 Business Days, resulting in an average total shipping and handling time of 4-8 Business Days.

Returns & Warranty
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible or return, items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and have a return authorization number.Please contact us at sales@solarsunscape.com to receive a return authorization. Proof of purchase must be provided to begin the return process.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost for product returns will be paid by Renogy under the following conditions:
*Product was damaged during shipping or warehouse handling
*Product defects
*Incorrect product was delivered
*Product(s) delivered were not ordered by the customer
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs when the product is returned under any other conditions. Costs vary by shipping location.
Refunds
*For returns related to customer preferences (not related to defects, shipping damage or wrong product delivered) made within the 30 day return period, a 10-15% restocking fee will be charged.
*After receiving the returned item, a refund will be issued within 10 business days. All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet Renogy’s return policy.
