Returns

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt for manufacturer errors or defects.

- Include a copy of your original order confirmation.

- Manufacturer errors or defects to include damaged items or missing parts.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

- For eligible returns, we will repair or replace the defective item when applicable.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a Credit Memo for the value of the returned item.

Fridge Products: ICECO does not offer refunds or exchanges for fridge products.
Cancellations

- If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Incorrect Addresses: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us.
- You will also be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.

Unclaimed Packages: If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated redelivery fees.
