Returns

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt for manufacturer errors or defects.

Include a copy of your original order confirmation.

Return Conditions:

Manufacturer errors or defects to include damaged items or missing parts.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Return Options:

For eligible returns, we will repair or replace the defective item when applicable.

If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a Credit Memo for the value of the returned item.

Fridge Products: ICECO does not offer refunds or exchanges for fridge products.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@solarsunscape.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Incorrect Addresses: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us.

You will also be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.

Unclaimed Packages: If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated redelivery fees.
