• Standard Shipping: 3-6 Business Days (within the contiguous US)

• Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Returns

• Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt for manufacturer errors or defects.
• Return Process:
  • Contact us at sales@solarsunscape.com to initiate a return.
  • Include a copy of your original order confirmation.
• Return Conditions:
  • Manufacturer errors or defects to include damaged items or missing parts.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• Return Options:
  • For eligible returns, we will repair or replace the defective item when applicable.
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a Credit Memo for the value of the returned item.
• Fridge Products: ICECO does not offer refunds or exchanges for fridge products.

Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@solarsunscape.com as soon as possible.
  • If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

• Incorrect Addresses: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us.
  • You will also be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.
• Unclaimed Packages: If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated redelivery fees.

• Credit Memos: Credit Memos can be used towards future purchases at ICECO.
• No Cash Refunds: ICECO does not issue cash refunds for any returns.
